PepTalkHer was founded out of frustration - and possibility.

The gender pay and leadership gap exists. The data says it’ll take 100s of years for that to change. We’re not prepared to wait that long - we started PepTalkHer to take action and galvanize change NOW.

Our founder Meggie Palmer founded PepTalkHer after her own experience of inequality at work.



She and her team have coached thousands of professionals with amazing results - folks have gone on to negotiate pay increases from several thousands of dollars a year to 6 figure pay increases. (nope, not a type. Several clients have achieved $100k+ pay raises!)

Our 5 year mission is to see 50/50 women in leadership . And we have a big picture vision too - we want to close the gender pay gap.

Now, that could take some time (UN Women estimate gender equality  is 99.5 years away 😱)  but while we wait, we’re inspired daily by the results we see every day with our audience of 60,000 + professionals getting raises, promotions & finding financial security.
