Founded out of frustration and driven by potential, PepTalkHer emerged as a response to the persistent gender pay gap. We couldn't wait for change to happen slowly. Our founder, Meggie Palmer, was inspired by her own experience of workplace inequality and sought to make a difference.
Our five-year mission is clear: Achieve 50/50 gender representation in leadership positions. We're determined to close the gender pay gap, even if it takes time.
